Great Location, pool / hot tub, but older / tired property with construction noise.
Our family (parents & 3 boys ages 10, 12, & 14) really enjoyed our time here! It was wonderful to have 2 bedrooms, washer/drier, kitchen, heated pool and hot tub. The ski lockers were convenient and you can truly ski in/out to the Blackcomb gondola with ease. The room was clean and the front desk quite helpful and friendly. Downsides from our perspective were the decor, which is minimal and plain, not cozy. The unit needs refreshing, seems old and maintained but not updated, with old industrial carpet, utilitarian furniture, dated tile, and water stains / cracks in master bedroom ceiling. Probably unique to our stay was relentless construction noise from an adjacent unit ALL DAY including drilling and hammering noise from 9am-4:30pm daily, making it nearly impossible for my wife (not skiing) to enjoy the unit, relax and read. While overall we enjoyed our stay, we will choose another property for our next visit to Whistler.

Good location
This property is exactly as advertised and is in a good location. The walk up and down the ski slope (in the summer) can be a little tiring for little ones or seniors but cabs are an option so not a deal breaker.

Nice little hotel
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed, was clean and the hotel was what we expected. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, swimming and the hot tub. There is access to the ski hill out the back gate and you can walk down the hill to the shops and restaurants at the bottom of Blackcomb with access over to Whistler. The hike back up to the hotel can be a bit of a challenge for little ones or the elderly at the end of a day walking around Whistler Village, there are taxis available in the village if needed. The check in process is a bit odd. You have to check in with the management company office (not on site) then go to the hotel and check in again (well, just get your key). Ideally the hotel could handle the whole process, but not a deal breaker. Checking out was all done at the hotel. I would stay again in this unit / hotel.
