The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very presentable. I booked it for my graduation and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It’s centrally located near the airport, the MVP Arena, and the State Capitol. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re in town for a graduation at the MVP Arena!

MVP arena concert
Perfect little stay for concert at MVP arena. Walking distance - street parking only, cigarette odor from down stairs. Polite and helpful host.
It was very cute, worked perfectly for our overnight stay after a concert at MVP Arena, which we were able to walk to.

Property is very nice, spacious, and clean. Overall a great stay and great experience! The property is also very close (walking distance) to MVP arena which was so convenient for our trip. Would definitely recommend it.
I didn’t realise but I stayed with this owner before at another property. I have absolutely no complaints. They make the process smooth, comfortable and everything is as described of not nicer

Lots of work has been done at this apartment. Clean and met our needs for brief overnight stay. Linens clean and fresh. Parking limited. Sidewalks covered in dog poop, be mindful
This was the perfect rental property for a wedding in downtown Albany. The apartment was very trendy with beautiful decor, very clean and had everything that we needed, the instructions to enter. The instructions for the unit was very clear and simple. We did contact the owner with a question, and she replied very quickly. She also had helpful information in a binder with ideas of what to do and where to go. I’m glad we found this place as it was much cheaper than a hotel and had more amenities.

Sleek, clean and beautiful interior design. Has all the necessities. Located in a great spot in albany, with food spots and grocery stores within a walking distance. The Host was a extremely nice and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I had when I was there. 10/10 would recommend any solo to four persons (only if they’re willing to share a bed) to book this place.
Clean and neat with appropriate amenities with a great location in walking distance of MVP Arena. Great as a place to land and sleep when visiting for an event. We also utilized the kitchen to cook a meal ourselves on our first evening and everything we needed was available. The table/stools were a little precarious, but overall the experience was excellent.

Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany.
This was a nice place. I would stay again if it was just me, but the mattress sagged in the middle with 2 people on it! The a/c units were a challenge to get going but Jay popped in and showed us how they work, and after we finally got them going they worked fine.
We used this as a crash pad for a local pub crawl for three adult men. Advertised for six adults but there were only two queen size beds and the sofa depicted in the listing was gone. One of us ended up crashing on the floor. Otherwise the place was clean and accurately advertised. Would have been 5 stars if the sofa was there.
This apartment was absolutely gorgeous - easily the most beautiful spot we have had rented. Great location - we walked to see the Empire State Park in the morning and it was a lovely way to kick off our trip. The apartment was tiny but great for a one-night stay. The couch in the living room was the 5th sleeping spot, and it was very short, so luckily worked for one of the kids - that would have been our only issue if we hadn't had someone small enough to sleep there (the listing says double couch bed, so maybe we just weren't clever enough to figure out how to open the couch!). Overall, a truly wonderful place to stay and we appreciated being able to spend the night in such a lovely spot.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, and AC units were new and very nice. Accommodations were as pictured. We had 3 adults, and it was a bit crowded, but fine. Four adults would be too cramped. Outside door is on Philip St, NOT Hamilton. Neighborhood was a little rough, and no good groceries nearby.

The apartment looks cute like it does in line but the smell was awful. It smelled like someone smoked in there for twenty years and it was musty. Had to open all the windows. The smell never left. The stairs are tilted to the left so was very nervous having my 80 year old mom on them. Tried to contact the host and was never answered. Called and there was no voicemail set up. The beds were comfortable but my niece slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There was no extra linens or blankets available. The parking was difficult and my husband had to walk with me because we couldn’t always find a parking spot. Wouldn’t walk at night by myself but the day was fine. Then there was one night that you could only park on one side of the street. I grew up in the city so I understood the rules but for being on a vacation it made it a bit more difficult. The place was centrally located to a lot of things and sites.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m truly sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. The smoke odor came from guests in the downstairs unit. We sent them a warning immediately and completed extra treatments afterward to remove the smell.
I also apologize for the communication issues; we had a temporary system problem during that time, which has since been resolved. We’ve added extra linens to the unit and are replacing the couch for better comfort. Parking is outside of our control, but in general, guests reported finding parking was easy, except on holidays or during special events.
I’m glad the beds were comfortable and that the location was convenient, and I appreciate you sharing your concerns so we can continue improving.
We really enjoyed our stay in Albany in this historic building - everything was as described in the listing. There were two of us, which was perfect for this apartment, as each of us had a private bedroom but also a place to convene with our coffee in the morning.
The location cannot be beat - it was easy walking distance too all of Albany's downtown sites and amenities. Several great bars and restaurants are less than a block away, including Hill Street Cafe, The Excelsior Pub, and Cafe Capriccio. All were open (even on Monday!) and had good food and excellent service. We were just sorry that the Bull and Bee Meadery (in the same building) was not open on the days we were there (Sun - Tues.)
We highly recommend this place if you are in town to see the sites. We would definitely come back here if the opportunity arose!
