This recently renovated 1-bedroom duplex offers a comfortable and convenient stay, just minutes from all the city has to offer. You'll appreciate the modern touches like hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The cozy living space includes a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bright galley-style kitchen, a dining area for four, and a living room with a sectional sofa and smart TV. I will just say that this property was CLEAN. The decor was very simple and very tasteful. Although I only cooked one meal, the kitchen was very well appointed and had everything a guest would need to prep any kind of meal. I only spent two nights in a quick work trip so I didn’t really get a chance to settle in. The porch and small yard are very comfortable and private. This property will be on the top of my search list for the next trip. Location is perfect for me. Quick drive to the job and walking distance to the Overland Bar and Panda Garden. (I’m a working class stiff…. Don’t need “fancy”).

The host was excellent. Communication was timely. The house was perfect for a couple. It was well equipped and had complimentary coffee, tea, & hot chocolate which was a very nice touch. The TV had You Tube TV and Paramount Plus (with no commercials) which was a huge plus. It may have had more premiums channels, we just didn’t check beyond those two.

This unit is everything it is advertised to be. The rooms are spacious, the appliances are new, and everything is very well done. The owners had mentioned the possibility of road noise, but we did t find it to be a problem. Very conveniently located, and Sandy was very responsive to communications. Amazing and Pet Friendly

We loved getting to stay at the Crofty Cottage! It made traveling with our two dogs (a miniature dachshund and german shorthair pointer) a breeze! It was such a relief to be able to let both dogs out in the yard and not worry about any escape attempts or having to get them all set up with their harnesses and leashes each day. The house was lovely and a nice place to relax.

Great little place!

Only had one small issue and that was backing out of driveway since it’s on the corner cars came around pretty quick, but I believe you could park on the street but I didn’t. It was truly a great little home!

What a gem!

I’ve stayed in many places and this one is in top 3. Super cozy with everything (literally everything) one could need for a perfect stay. I wish I had more than one night. Whenever I’m back in Boise, this will be my first pick.
