About this property

Recently renovated 1 bedroom duplex in a great bench location minutes to everything Boise. Hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the unit. Small fully fenced backyard. Very clean and comfortable..
The space
Large bedroom with a king-sized bed. Cozy galley-style kitchen with lots of light. Nice sized dining area. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Large living room with sectional that doubles as an extra bed by using the ottoman. There is also an air mattress on the premises. Work area with desk. Fast internet. Newer smart TVs with YouTube service and Roku.

The home has a driveway with parking for 2 vehicles. On-street parking is also available at no charge.
Other things to note
The road can be busy so expect some traffic noise. There is also a cell tower next door, quiet but not very attractive. The area is safe and clean but in gentrification mode so it is a mixed bag of different types of homes.
