BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

DESCRIPTION
This fully furnished, single story vacation house "Pacific Sands #1012" with its wonderful bay views is located just feet from the white sand. No streets to cross to reach the sand & water. The bayside tends to be more peaceful than the ocean-side of Mission Beach. If you prefer to play in the surf on the Pacific Ocean-side of Mission Beach at a large public beach with lifeguards, it is three blocks or 4-5 minutes walk. The house is a comfortable setting equipped with almost everything you could possibly need during your stay.

This is the perfect home for a family of 7 people (plus baby) or a small group of mature friends (up to 6 people). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

HOUSE DETAILS
This wonderful 6,000 square foot property offers a 1,750 square foot house featuring a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom residence. You will love the house the minute you enter the door. It's light, spacious, comfortable and perfect for family get-togethers. The vacation retreat offers not only a living room with comfortable seating and breathtaking views of the bay but also a family room that opens to a secluded beautiful garden area with lounge chairs, table & chairs and a nice gas BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you can imagine, incl. coffee maker and blender. There are two bathrooms (both newly remodeled), one has a shower and the other one a tub/shower.

AMENITIES
Enjoy the luxury of nice appliances, big TV in living room, high speed internet, washer/dryer. Linens, towels, blow dryers, iron, iron board, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, crib, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

The garden area also features a hot/cold outdoor shower & changing area for washing the salt & sand off. Separate from the house, there is a garage that is used for storing all the beach toys and bikes.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

PARKING
There are two parking spots available. One covered carport for SUV's or smaller and one off street parking in front of the garage (in the alley). More free street parking is on the front side of the house.

Miles of beautiful walks, jogs, & bike rides around the bay & beach boardwalk, Volleyball, Hiking, Golf, Sunbathing, Amusement Parks, Fishing off the pier, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Kayaking, Big paddle-wheel boats cruise, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Paddle Boarding, Boogie Boarding, Body-surfing, Shelling, Water Skiing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Windsurfing, Kite flying, 15 minutes from San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, 5 minutes from Sea World.

For friend groups ALL must be over 35 years old.

We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
