Fantastic gem near John’s Pond

Our family of 4 adults loved our stay in this lovely home. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen in any rental, important as we cook most of our meals. We enjoyed dining on the back patio under the string lights then a relaxing time around the fire pit. The outdoor games added to our enjoyment of the backyard. Loved that the owners offered recycling. A beautiful home situated in a quiet community made for a lovely vacation. We plan to come back again next year.

August at the Cape

Beautiful, true to the description updated and well appointed vacation home in a quiet Mashpee neighborhood. Our host was very nice, responsive; with excellent communication. The outdoor shower and patio was a highlight and put to good use! We will definitely stay again.

Curling/Sightseeing Vacation

Wonderful property. Clean, open concept in the livingroom/dining/kitchen area was very nice. Back patio with table and chairs was wonderful for evening meal and visiting. Convenient location with quick access to 151, Mashpee Commons or back to Falmouth for the curling club. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sweet, cozy home!

We loved our stay at Mark’s home! The home outfitted with all the comfort’s of home i.e. pots and pans, glasses, storage containers, baking sheets, lobster pot etc! They even provided a bundle of wood for our first fire and a s’mores setup which were such sweet touches! We also enjoyed the outdoor shower when coming back from the beach sandy. The home was convenient to most surrounding areas. Definitely a gem!
