This 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day.

This WHOLE HOUSE charming ocean view, 7 bedroom, 4 bath house was completely remodeled in 2023. Perfect for couples and families, this rental is compromised of 2 separate units and each has its own full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C.

You can enjoy a fantastic view of the beach & ocean from this home's large front open porch or the 2nd deck. Either is great for summer entertaining.

Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 2 dedicated parking spots, in family friendly Belmar. This house welcomes you and your family, friends or reunion to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 12 beach badges, 8 backpack beach chairs, 8 beach towels and 4 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Quick turnaround weekend in Belmar

The property is actually fwo separate units. We rented both spaces. We did not spend too much time there because out at family reunion.
