Summary:
The property is a spacious house that sleeps up to 8 people in a quiet and gated luxurious private community in Aruba. It includes 4 bedrooms and a private covered backyard area. There is a clubhouse with one of Aruba’s best restaurants as well. The property is approximately a 5-minute drive to Aruba’s main tourist hub, “Palm Beach” and approximately a 3-minute drive to the beaches. Additionally, it is within a 5/10 minute drive to the lighthouse and one of Aruba's three golf courses, Tierra del Sol. The community includes a gym, tennis court, and 3 community pools, with the closest one located directly outside the back door of our corner unit.

House details:
It is a corner unit that has two floors. On the first floor, you will find the open-concept kitchen and dining room area, a spacious living room that has a pullout couch if needed, a small bedroom with a twin-size bed, and one full bathroom. The covered outside patio area has another dining table, lounge area, and grill, and is where the washer/dryer is located. The back door leads out to the closest pool within the community. The second floor includes the master bedroom which has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet, a beautiful en-suite bathroom, and a balcony. Also, the second floor has two other bedrooms, one with a balcony and queen size bed, and the other with two twin-size beds. The latter two bedrooms share a full-size bathroom located just outside of the rooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated and linens are provided. Our kitchen is fully equipped should you choose to cook. WiFi is provided with the rental. Additionally, most rooms have TVs with cable or the ability to attach a fire stick or other devices to access streaming services. The unit includes beach towels, chairs, and coolers for you to utilize if you wish.

General information:
By staying within the community, you have all access to the gym (a gym card is provided), the 3 pools, the restaurant, and the tennis court. The neighborhood is very quiet, charming, and friendly. There is security that patrols the neighborhood throughout the day, which further adds to the safety of the community. Should you choose to rent a car, we have a personal parking spot right outside the villa and additional parking to the side of the house. However, taxis are also available if you need a number for one please feel free to reach out to us.
