Large Bungalow with fenced yard and game room. Close to everything

Our home offers over 1800 Sq ft of living space in a quiet neighborhood in Beverly Hills Florida. Recently updated with an open floor plan and 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed ,65 inch smart tv and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. Main bath offers a big walk in shower. The game room also has a futon for extra sleeping accommodation. The living room offers a huge sectional couch and a 70 inch smart tv. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal including slow cooker, griddle, waffle maker etc. There is a large back yard for you and your fur babies to enjoy as well as a propane BBQ. And there is a game room with a 50 inch TV and game console with 20000 games, and some board game and playing cards. Also provided is free wifi and full size washer and dryer. The driveway can accommodate 3 or 4 cars, or a truck and boat trailer.
The property is minutes from shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses nearby and several boat launches and great fishing, and so many other great things to do in citrus county. Swim with the Manatees or Take an exciting Air Boat tour. Or take a nice relaxing river boat tour of the Homosassa River. We are just over 1 hour away from all the theme parks in Orlando.

We had a great stay, couldn't have been better.The house was very nice, very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was very convenient for shopping, golf or most any day trip you would want to take. Our hosts were very nice people and were very responsive to any question or request we had. Just a great stay, A 10 out of 10!!

Had a wonderful time at this vacation home. Big backyard for the dogs. House was very clean and family friendly. Don’t bring spices or teas. There was many to share. Our host and his wife were wonderful. The coffee maker quit working and they had another there within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend.
