Situated on nearly two wooded acres, you will enjoy the uncommon quiet of the Hills on the full-length private deck, patio w/gas fire pit, and brand new 6-person hot tub. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home sleeps 8 guests and is the perfect basecamp to explore the Black Hills or simply enjoy the birds, deer and turkey from the privacy of the deck. Whatever your adventure, The Woodland Chalet provides all the conveniences of home while delivering a warm, restful retreat.

The Space

The Woodland Chalet features a lofted cathedral ceiling in the main living/dining area with direct access to the outdoor entertaining area. Four sleeping areas, three bedrooms and sleeper sofa, accommodate up to eight people. The main level hosts the spacious primary suite with a modern en-suite full bath, and additional ½ bath for guests. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a modern full bath off the loft area. There is a dedicated workspace in the flex room that can be used for additional dining or game night.

Forest Service Access

Walking distance (.5 mile) to Forest Service access and 100s of unrestricted acres to explore. Motorized trails minutes away. FS Rd 126 approach off Peaceful Pines Rd. FS Rd 777 at the back of the neighborhood - connects to Rolling Hills Rd and Nemo Rd, or Iceman Trail 8282 connecting to hundreds of miles of FS system.
