Be our first guests! This is the chance you can spend your summer in this freshly built home completed in Fall 2022. Nobody has ever lived in here yet! The community is new, clubhouse is new, swimming pool is new! Everything is new and waiting for you to come! 5 bedrooms plus a office with a extendable day bed. Two living areas with modern furnitures. Short drive to either Lewes or Rehoboth Beach! Closet to shopping and restaurant!

Don’t hesitate to stay here!

My family-group of 12 all LOVED staying at this house!!! Not only was it new, clean, spacious, and beautiful, the host was SO accommodating, attentive, and nice!!! Hope to come back every year!!! Thank you Harry!!!

last min getaway

The house was great. It was way bigger than we needed, but we booked last min so had to take what we could get. Enjoyed that linens, shampoo, toilet paper/soap act were all included at the house for ease of a quick stay. Everything worked well and was neat and clean. Thanks so much!
