The resort is also situated in the heart of Panama City Beach less than 2 miles from Pier Park and 1 mile from Frank Brown Park Sports Complex. This community offers you an affordable alternative to the crowded high end resorts and features an exciting list of family friendly amenities for your group to enjoy. Guests may park in any available parking in the community for easy access to the beach (be sure parking pass is displayed).

** Please note: Upon arrival on property, guests will report to the Property Management Office to receive a parking placard at a rate of $25 per vehicle (maximum of 2) for a time not to exceed 10 days. Extended stay guests will pay $25 per 10 day period(s) with a maximum of $50 per 6 month period. Parking placards shall identify the unit # and the expiration date. All guests are required to have an armband while on any portion of the Horizon South property. Children 5 years old and younger are not required to purchase or wear an armband. Failure to not display an armband can result in removal from the property. Armband(s) cost shall be $20 per 7 days not to exceed $40 in a continuous stay of 6 months. Armbands will be color coded and rotated our weekly.

Not clean at all

We did not appreciate our stay in this rental. We spent a big part of the first day to clean it. With a nine months baby we can’t let it like that. Floor was dirty, after less than one hour, our feet were black . The coffee machine was not clean. Windows and under beds didn’t see cleaning since months. There were hair on the outside. And the Dishwasher was full ! They asked us to take off all the sheets… Cleaning fees are clearly robbery. It was my 11th times in the US, 3rd times in Panama City, I did almost all my rentals on VRBO and I never saw that before. Shame!!
