On our arrival we had an issue with the TV in the living room and the hot tub. I had great communication with the host and those things were fixed the next day. The house is very comfortable and had what we needed. It seemed that everything that we wanted to see was 10-15 minutes away. So, the location seemed to be very centralized. We talked to the neighbors on either side of the house and they were very friendly. I would recommend the house to other people.
Jimmy's home far exceeded our expectations! We loved the easy check-in, decor, comfy beds, hot tub and his quick response. We look forward to staying here in the near future!

We loved having you and hosting you and hope you come back sometime
The property was very much as advertised and very clean. The host was very responsive to communication and very helpful with questions about the area. The location is great for any and everything you might want to do in OKC. This VRBO helped to make our trip a good one.

It was a pleasure hosting you and your daughter and would love to have you anytime
House was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our stay. Centrally located. Owner was responsive to communication and check in was easy and timely.
Great communication for the check in process. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all clean. I would highly recommend this home. It was within close proximity of everything we did while visiting.

Thank you so much we really do appreciate you and would love to have you back anytime
The property was great, it was clean and easy to find. Property manager was easy to work with and communicate with. The neighborhood isn't necessarily a highlight but we had no issues what so ever

Thank you so much and hope you enjoyed your stay, yes the houses across the street have been let go but a developer is currently trying to buy them
- Do Not Book This PropertyI'm writing this review to warn other travelers about the conditions we encountered during our stay.Within hours of arrival, we discovered a serious pest infestation throughout the home — cockroaches, earwigs, and ants were found in multiple rooms, on surfaces, in the sink, and on the carpet. I documented everything with photos and contacted the host immediately. The host was responsive but initially denied that my photos were even showing cockroaches. A few days later he changed course and said an exterminator would spray the perimeter of the home — but the infestation continued throughout our stay with no noticeable improvement.Beyond the pest problem, the home had multiple maintenance and cleanliness failures:• The washing machine had visible mold inside the drum• The bathroom sink would not drain• Towels provided were old, thin, and tattered• The kitchen was inadequately stocked with utensils• The outdoor hot tub appeared dirty and neglected• The listing photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the property's condition (no desk chair or any table chair to do work from)This was a deeply unpleasant experience that the host made no real effort to remedy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property until there is documented evidence of professional pest treatment, mold remediation, and improved maintenance and cleaning standards. I have photos of everything and have filed a report with VRBO.
Only stayed 1 night as my tracel plans had changed.Place was perfect but location from Bricktown was a little distant. Would stay again if in the area.
We stayed overnight while attending an event in the city. The location was easy access to the state fair grounds. There was a little strip with music playing (Saturday night) that was loud from the yard, but aside from a little extra thumping from the base every now and then, it didn’t affect our rest and fairly quiet inside!
Our stay in this charming VRBO was exactly what my family needed! It was clean and in a good, central location to get to Paycom Arena/downtown OKC. Jimmy was very responsive and we’d stay again in a heartbeat!
Very nice House will definitely stay there again. My only concern is the abandoned house across the street with the homeless people in it. I know there is nothing. The owner could do about that house, but it does lend some concern if you were staying alone.

The houses condemned by the city I’m waiting to be tore down. I know it is an eyesore, but actually the back half is still livable and it has three residents in it. It’s actually used to be a duplex and if there is any safety concerns, the home is equipped with an alarm system on it Would love to have you back anytime.
I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in Oklahoma City! It was clean, cute and had everything we needed for our one night stay! There was plenty of space and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Thanks for having us!
