Welcome to Pine Hollow! A windy drive leads you to your peaceful retreat. This home's soaring ceiling and large windows allow you to look out to the picturesque setting and feel like you are living amongst the trees. Completely renovated. Sleeps 6. Location!! Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Racetrack, Saratoga Lake, SPAC, Global Foundries, and I-87 Northway. A private oasis centrally located to all Saratoga has to offer.

The space:
Pine Hollow is a unique, modern, Adirondack-style chalet with all the comforts of home. Amenities include:

2 gas fireplaces.

Bedroom #1: King bed, private deck, gas fireplace, coffee station, walk-in closet, private bath, ceiling fan. (2nd floor)

Bedroom #2: Queen bed, private entrance to the lower deck, dressers, closet, and ceiling fan. (1st floor)

Bedroom #3: 2 twin beds, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. (1st floor)

Bathroom #1: Large vanity, single sink, soaking tub, and glass shower. (2nd floor)

Bathroom #2: Single sink, glass shower, sliding barn door reveals washer & dryer. (1st floor)

The home has central air and heat. The primary bedroom has an additional a/c unit for those extra hot nights.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Stocked with all the essentials.

Game Room: Feel like staying in? We have you covered! Our game room has arcade games, ping pong, foosball, and over a dozen board games. There is a cozy corner to play games and listen to some of your favorite songs on our jukebox. You'll never get bored at Pine Hollow.

2-level deck and a patio with outdoor living furniture. Propane Weber grill. Water feature and propane firepit table.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home & grounds except for the outdoor shed (used as storage by the homeowner).

Other things to note:
We are committed to enhanced cleaning. Rest assured when you stay with us the home will be clean and sanitized.

Birthday Weekend with Family

Pine Hollow met and exceeded every expectation. It was clean, warm and welcoming and provided for all of the creature comforts we could possibly want! The layout and design (both inside and out) were exceptional for multiple couples sharing a home. Kristen was an excellent and timely communicator throughout the process. We really couldn't ask for more and we intend to return next year!

Simply amazing

The house is really indescribable . It felt so new it was like we were the first to stay there. Nestled in the woods, as you drive up the winding driveway it just seems perfect. Everything is new from the landscaping (immaculate ) to the appliances, to the silverware . Multiple locations to sit outside and it is super quiet. The kitchen has every thing you could everything you could ever need. TV ( including cable) and seating was like being in a theatre. Upstairs master even has a sauna. If all that wasn’t enough

An Absolutely Stunning Home

My daughter and I loved staying in this home! It is newly renovated and so beautifully furnished and accessorized. The kitchen has absolutely everything and anything you would need, all the utensils, pot and pans and even little things, like zip loc bags and clips for your chip bag! Has everything. Kristen was a fabulous host and she has really thought of every detail (extra toothbrushes, hair dryers, plenty of hangers). Oh and all the light switches are meticulously labeled! The home is really set up for having guests. And to top it all off, they have put together the nicest game room I have ever seen in home! Do not hesitate to stay here. You will love it. Thank you Kristen!
