Cook in this large kitchen with quartz countertops, all stainless steel new appliances with a 5 burner gas stove and dishwasher, pantry and large breakfast bar. The bathroom has a large shower/tub, double sink vanity and a full size stacking washer/dryer. Extra storage is available for use in an additional hall closet. You will have full use of the 624 sq. ft. garage for storage and parking. Large upper deck with a BBQ and seating area is for your use to enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets. Large smart TV in the living room along with a smart TV in the master bedroom. Comfy sofa has a double size tempurpedic fold out bed for guests. Neighborhood is wonderful and quiet. You will not believe how perfect, bright and spacious this home is!
