This stunning lakefront home features an expansive yard and private dock, making it ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. Other amenities include a firepit, outdoor grill, kayaks/paddleboards and plenty of outdoor seating.
The property also offers a pontoon boat available for rent, perfect for exploring the crystal-clear waters of Sand Lake. So, grab your family and friends and spend a day on the water, taking in the breathtaking scenery and making memories that will last a lifetime.
You do not need to clean the vacation rental before leaving. Our exceptional cleaning team will take care of all the cleaning, including laundry, changing linens, and sanitizing surfaces.
Please always lock the front door behind you if you leave. Safety is a top priority for us.
Please no parties or events, as well as no glitter or any other decorations which may cause damage to the property.
Please do not re-arrange any furniture and do not bring any furniture outside.
Please no candles or any other fire hazards at the property.
No Fireworks.
No parking on neighbors' lots. a visual guide of allowable parking area is included in the house manual.
Please only toilet paper down the commodes, any damage related to lack of follow through of this rule shall be an additional charge.
