Enjoy this multi-generational, family-friendly lake house that makes it easy for everyone to spread out and relax both inside and out. This home features a full-length ramp from the parking area into the home, making access easy for all ages.

Preparing meals is a pleasure in the new, open kitchen with updated appliances and separate family dining area. Prefer grilling out? The oversized deck has a large gas grill for your use. Enjoy the home year-round with the wood-burning stone fireplace. Elegant and private master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and double sinks. All-new mattresses and deluxe bedding throughout. The property has main floor laundry and off-street parking. Rental includes two paddle boards and two kayaks for your use, there are also local boat rental options. Central heat and air conditioning. Minimum age for rental is 25. This is a family-friendly neighborhood and large parties are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate cancellation of reservation with no refunds given. Absolutely no smoking on property. Sorry, no pets.

The property was great! No boat dock available but jetski dock is available 4 doors down, very nice view and nice house! Internet/TV available for cost... Overall I would recommend this property!

Newly Renovated

Very nice remodeled top level of home as pictured. Very clean. Lots of room to have various locations to visit. Nice to have 2 1/2 baths. Sliding glass doors to deck somewhat difficult to manage, even when sprayed w/ silicon. But comfortable deck chairs and view as pictured in posting, from deck.Quick responses from Property Manager regarding electrical outage due to big rain storm. She even called her maintenance person to drop off some flashlights (but were not needed as power was returned quickly). Large Kitchen, nice laundry, comfy beds. Nice walking area around lake. Enjoyed!! Thanks Mindy!

The online pics are pretty but in person the house is new and gorgeous. Would definitely stay again but longer. Owner response was quick and informative. All had a great time and our family built some great memories. Thank you Melinda.
