Updated 3 bed/3 bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking the beach and pool. The main selling point of this condo is there are no steps to the beach.

Relax a stones throw to the beach from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open beach views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 10 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks and Sangrias for more casual fare.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

February Escape

We had a wonderful stay in John’s condo in Cowpet Bay. The location was perfect for our family with plenty of space for privacy. We could easily walk to the pool and the beach as well as a couple of restaurants. John was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The condo was clean and plenty of towels were provided. We took the ferry to St. John several times which was easy. We loved our vacation! I highly recommend staying here!!

Disappointing Stay

First of all the pictures online are nicer than in person. The property manager did not send us all the entry information until we were in the taxi on the way to the unit. It said Check in was a 4:00pm and when we arrived at 5:00pm the cleaning crew were still working on our unit. We found the unit to be very old and rundown with very cheap and uncomfortable furniture. There are definitely plenty of stairs to maneuver around on the whole property so beware. Also throughout our whole trip we could not get the wifi to work and when we tried to contact the property manager no one ever answered. That meant we couldn't stream any TV and My husband had to use our friends wifi in the next complex over for work related stuff. Also there was only one restaurant on the property with very expensive, average food. Otherwise you have to take taxis everywhere that were VERY expensive. All-in-all it was not a pleasant stay and I can't recommend it , nor will I ever visit this Island again.

Vacation in paradise!

This condo was amazing! First, the location is so convenient. Located right by the pool and the on-site restaurant. The beach wasn’t too far beyond that! We spent several days at the condo just enjoying all the amenities available. The pictures of the condo depict exactly what the condo looks like. The inside is decorated nicely, and the layout provides privacy as well as nice common areas for the family to hang out together. The balcony was large enough for our big group to spend evenings hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family birthday celebration

We had a wonderful stay in John’s condo in Cowpet Bay. The location was perfect for our family including a toddler under age 2. We could easily walk to the beautiful beach and the pool as well as a couple of restaurants. John was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. We rented his SUV for our large group which worked out great. John made the process very easy for us. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. We took the ferry to St. John which was an easy and fun day trip. We loved our vacation! I highly recommend staying here!!
