Perfect get away

The house was perfect for a quick getaway. Everything was clean and furnished with everything needed. I spent a few days for my husband‘s birthday and stayed on the property throughout the entire stay. We cooked every day. The kitchen was fully furnished with great quality pots, pans dishes, and appliances. Lots of room for family and friends to hang out and even squeezed in some fishing on the dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

A wonderful rustic home with a modern garage apartment. Seeing lake views and a wonderful hot tub make this home even more special. Logan is one of the finest hosts I have encountered. This place is a gem.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at the Logan house for a week. The house was extremely nice and the boat house was amazing. We spent many days swimming in Lake Norman, off the deck and enjoyed night's by the fire. The property came with kayaks for all ages and we were able to rent a pontoon boat to enjoy the sites of the lake. We look forward to returning for future vacations. Thanks for everything!!!

As good as it gets

This VRBO is as good as it gets. Dealing with the owner was timely and responsive. Nothing was overlooked for the renter; lots of dishes and cutlery, nice cooking utensils, and even an assortment of storage bags. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious with plenty of storage. The location on the northern end of the lake was ideal in that the boat traffic was minimal to nonexistent. Midweek we had the lake to ourselves. A ten to twenty minute drive gets you to several restaurants. If this location is on your radar, do not hesitate, just book it. You will not be disappointed.

Great stay!

Great place and lot. All matched the descriptions and pictures. Host/Logan was fantastic and very responsive on any communications. No issues at all. The lot is wonderful as you have a perfect view of the lake, but also quietness of a cove as well. North part of the lake is generally less boat traffic anyway. Family of 9 present…from 16 to 87. Lots of separate spaces for teens to spread out, but also space to get together for dinner or a game or 2. And the flat lot is great for spike ball, frisbee/kan jam or just hanging out. Loved the fire pit chairs for a beautiful sunrise spot, or just looking out over the lake during the day/evening…and even a s’mores night. Boat dock is also a great space. Definitely a property that has been cared for. Really appreciate the place and host. Thank You!

Absolutely Amazing

We could go for hours explaining how amazing this house and property are. The house is beautiful and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. It easily accommodated all 11 of us with comfortable sleeping arrangements and provides several indoor and outdoor areas that allowed for us all to congregate. The property also comes with several amenities that add to the enjoyment of your stay. Whether it was the hot tub for late night soaking or the outdoor cooking area, there was always something for us to do. But the big kicker is the lakefront property and the double decker boathouse. We spent almost every day on the boathouse where the kids would swing over the water, or jump off the dock, while us adults just floated in the water. We also took advantage of the pontoon rental option that comes with the property. The whole process was smooth and the owner and marina manager were great in talking us through the process, and showing us the ropes of boating. Definitely recommend doing that as Lake Norman is beautiful and large, which allowed us to enjoy some water sports. I also want to say Logan, the property owner is absolutely amazing to work with. He had everything basically spelled out for us regarding the house and property and was very receptive to any questions we would have. We have stayed at several VRBOs and this ranks as the top experience we have had. Definitely recommend staying here!!!
