THE SPACE

An open social living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax overlooking the pond. A cozy rock fireplace warms and relaxes during fall and winter stays. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and offers a king bed and full ensuite bath.

Upstairs is a lounge area with Xbox game console and two couches for kids (and kids at heart) to play. Three bedrooms include a king bed, a queen bed, and a room with two twins. These upper-level rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo that’s perfect for bathing kiddos after a fun day of play.

Step out to the screen porch for bug-free al fresco dining or relax on the wide back porch that overlooks the community green space, pond, and association pool. A gas grill, grill tools and a portable fire pit are ready for great outdoor entertaining! Other association amenities include a walking path around the pond, sport court and playground. And within walking distance to the Amtrack Station for a quick commute to Chicago!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Per HOA rules there is a minimum 7-day rental for this home Memorial Day - Labor Day. From June 1 - August 24, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Saturdays only.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A maximum of 3 cars can park at this property.

The Community Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and stays open through October 1st.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome a maximum of one (1) dog under 50 lbs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.
