Wonderful house on the prairie

Stephanie was really helpful and friendly. The house was perfect, the location was perfect. It's really a gem of a house near Topeka in rural Kansas.

Cozy Country Farm House

This home used to belong to my family. The care that the owners put in to remodel and modernize my old family home is nothing short of exquisite! The rooms and bathrooms are just gorgeous! It was a short, but very comfortable stay and felt just like home!

Great time in Kansas

We were looking for a vacation spot in the "country" outside of Topeka, and we found exactly the place we were looking for! I am originally from Topeka, but had never explored the country just west of Topeka. Not only was the house and grounds perfect (literally a few minutes west of Topeka, but felt like we were way out in the country), there were a lot of small towns just a few minutes away with great historical sites to explore, beautiful countryside to drive through, and great small restaurants! We even met the Dover pie lady (about 10 minutes away)!! The owner of this property plans to offer hunting opportunities in the near future. We will definitely be back!

Totally updated, Grandma's old farm house

Best host ever. No big list of chores to do on departure. Very nice country setting. Lots of room to spread out.

I show horses and travel frequently, so I know what it's like to get somewhere and not get the "hype" advertised.

The people I get to meet, the "why' they're in the area visiting and the repeat guests are incredible. We become almost family

Why they chose this property

We're only 10 minutes from every major retailer but yet have 160 acres of quiet. Guests that have never seen hills and pastures across the way filled with cattle are in awe of the sunsets. You can't help but relax here.
