Penthouse By The Beach

Elegant beach penthouse spacious enough to accommodate 10 people, with over 3000 ft.² to enjoy. Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen with nautical themed furniture accents. Kids loft includes a sleeper sofa, 60” tv & PS4 with games included. The 2 miles of stunning yellow sand, “Playa Las Picuas” is ideal for anyone looking for tranquility. Experience the Beach Penthouse with all the amenities such as the pool, tennis court, basketball court and 6 minutes away from Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Course.

The Area
The condo association has a pool, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, childrens playground, fantastic beach, pool table and other great amenities for all our guests to enjoy. Grab some beach chairs and a cooler from the condo and take them down to the beach. Two or three small families can easily share a stay. There's so much living space, but can you find the hidden terrace? The upper balcony has a barbecue grill, seating area, and a table to enjoy great meals at home. Light some candles and take in the sea breeze with a sky view. Vacation with your friends or families just steps away from the private beach and relaxing pool. What else can you ask for...

Guest access
The complex has a swimming pool for guests and residents of the complex with lounge chairs, tables and big umbrellas. It has a tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball court and a fun and safe playground for younger kids and private access to a golden sand beach steps from your door. It has two assigned parking spaces ID’s as 36-37 right in front of the building.

Security:
-The Penthouse Condo complex is gated with security personnel when you initially enter the gated community, you will need to give the security guard the condo's address and our family name. You will then be allowed to enter from here on out.
- Guests will be provided with remote control for the main gate entrance. Please do not lose it, you will be charged $200 at the end of your stay. Please let us know if the clicker doesn't seem to work, it may need a new battery. You can purchase a bag of ice for $2.

Beach:
- Guests will be provided with a key to the gate to access the beach. The key is hanging by the front door for your everyday use, please do not lose this or you will be charged $ 45.
- Beach towels, chairs, and coolers are available for guests to use during their stay. Trash barrels are available beachside, so please make sure the beach is kept trash free and beautiful for others to enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It was wonderful to have direct access to both the ocean and a very nice pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook several meals. We also utilized the grill and the outdoor patio a few times during our stay. The location of the condo was perfect for us to explore the El Yunque rain forest, Luquillo beach, the kiosks, and was not too far from Old San Juan or Fajardo which were other places we visited during our stay in Puerto Rico. Jason and Cindy were great hosts with excellent communication.

This condo worked great for us to explore the rain forest, Luquillo Beach Kiosks, Zip Line, and surf. We packed in lots of activities! We didn't spend much time at the condo at all! The beach at the condo is great, we actually thought it was nicer than Luquillo (shhhh). We loved the closet full of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers, etc. It was a really nice feature! While the building is older the condo has all the updates in the Kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture was good. The beds were comfortable as well. We had 9 traveling with us (2 Grandparents, 4 adults, and 3 kids). Cindy was super responsive with some questions and issues we had at checkin. Throughout our stay we had issues with the gate opener we were trying to troublshoot and she was helpful through that communication as well. Would come back here! Its close to San Juan to fly out. We had a afternoon flight and was easy to get to airport. Great place! Thanks for sharing!

We really enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico, thanks in large part to this beautiful home. Comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Perfect for bigger groups (9 of us stayed here) with plenty of space for everyone! The hosts are very generous with all they provide to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time in a quiet, safe place close to so many beautiful Puerto Rican gems. Wonderful Vacation Rental

The property was just as pictured and described. There was plenty of space for family members to get some time away from each other. The complex was very clean, safe, and peaceful. There were riptides at the beach at the complex, but Lucillo beach was just a short drive and perfect for swimming. The location was great for access to Yunque rainforest and island excursions. The owners were great to work with and they made check-in and checkout a breeze.

Loved this place!!

We absolutely loved this condo! Stayed here with our two teens and one tween. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and bathrooms had high end appliances and the beds were comfy! The beach is steps away and is gorgeous and private! Great waves to play in. The pool is clean and well maintained and was not crowded at all. The condo had beach chairs and towels and a basketball and volleyball to play on the courts. The kitchen had everything we needed. Jason was prompt and communicative! Will come again!

Beautiful place, lot of room for a family or multiple families. Communication with property manager was excellent. All the kitchen amenities, towels, beach chairs, pool toys, grill. Beautiful, relaxing rooftop space in addition to multiple decks off primary bedroom, dining room, living space. Very close to restaurants and grocery if needed, but tucked away in a serene space. I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone!

Pretty much as advertised

This property was pretty much as listedJason and Cindy did a great job communicating. Beds were comfortable except for the pull out couches( which is fairly common)There was a gliche with the water cistern pump when there was a water supply issue but they did correct the problem and send a handy man who was able to fix the problem.The fitness/spa area is on another property and a separate fee which I did not feel was answered directly when originally booking the property.All in all it was a great experience and a good place to stay.

We loved this penthouse!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at this penthouse. The reviews are accurate. It's clean, beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchenwas well stocked with spices, coffee, coffee filters, flour, oil, etc.. We made several meals and had everything we needed. The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need in case you forget something - including hair dryers. The grounds are nicely kept and so is the pool. We almost always had the pool to ourselves too! It was very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed coming back to decompress after a day of adventures.

Penthouse by the beach was what we were looking for. For our families first time to Puerto Rico, this property positioned us perfectly for experiencing all the main sites. This 3 bedroom unit was clean and well kept. There is a huge private outdoor rooftop patio for relaxing, grilling, or sipping your favorite beverages. Two of the three bedrooms have balconies overlooking the complex’s courtyard. There are additional balconies of the main floor too, so plenty of ways to get fresh air!The location seems hard to beat. Roughly midway between San Juan and Fajardo and close to the rainforest, accessing activities is easy. A note, roads in PR have potholes. Be prepared. On the way to the condo, after the turn just past the Wyndham, there is a random speed bump. And just after the speed bump there a DEEP pothole. Be careful, especially at night.

Paradise!

I will start by saying that this was our first time in Puerto Rico. We did not know what to expect and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect location than this. This location made us feel very safe in an unknow place. We loved that the property has access to a very nice private beach which it made it very convenient for us since we traveling with small children. It also has access to a pool which in our case it wasn't busy at all when we used it and we basically had it for ourselves. We loved the access to a private balcony on each room and floor, and we loved the upstairs terrace. It was perfect for those who love grilling or just hanging out enjoying the view. The property is very well decorated and has almost every appliance you can think of, if you decide to cook. One thing I misread was, I thought that this property had 4 bedrooms instead of only 3; however, we still enjoyed our stay and made it work. The owner was great with the entire process and provided good very easy to understand instructions. We will definitely stay at this property again on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

Our accommodations were excellent. We brought kids and the place was so well stocked with children’s items and everything we needed to make the trip run smoothly for parents. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, and everything was comfortable and functioning well in the condo. Location was amazing, and within a short distance from everything we wanted to do, even though our group was often happy just staying put with the lovely pool and beach. Would definitely recommend - thanks for a great stay and can’t wait to be back!
