Enjoy a wonderful experience filled with hospitable touches at this centrally located, 1-bedroom condo with full views of Lake Winnisquam. 5 minute drive from Tanger Outlets, local breweries, Lochmere Country Club, and Winnisquam marine!

My unit has a kitchen, private deck/balcony, queen bed, sleeper sofas, and lots of amenities.

Great for bike week, Bank of NH Pavilion concerts, trips to the lake, and hiking trails!

Beautiful Property

Me, my husband and our two kids stayed for a long weekend. The owner provided excellent communication and check in was smooth. The property itself was immaculate and modern. There were 2 rooms each with a queen bed, perfect for our family. The large deck area with chairs, table and grill was great! Highly recommend.

Million dollar view

My daughter and I stayed here. We loved the view of the lake. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our little getaway. The condo is on a busy road but the road noise didn’t bother us. The condo was nicely located close to outlets and stores.

Convenient, clean, and cute

Stayed here with my husband and sister for a few nights to see a concert at the pavilion, very convenient location! One thing to note - it is right on a busy road (condo on one side, lake on the other). Noise wasn't a problem with windows closed. Place was spotless and clean, easy check-in/out, and Rachel was extremely responsive. We'd come back again!

Great place

Great place, price, clean, beautiful lake, easy to write to host and beautiful renovation. The only thing is the uncomfortable sofa bed mattress for adults.
