Come stay at our beautiful lake house. Short walk to private beach. Private boat ramp available. Boat dock available for added cost. 100 yards to New Hampshire ski mobile trails. Fifteen minute drive to Gunstock Mountain, down town Laconia/Weirs Beach, and Bank of NH Pavilion. Walking distance to WOW walking trail. House has garage for up to 4 motorcycles. Disclaimer VRBO says ON THE LAKE this house is land locked by 75ft of my neighbors property.

This house was better then the pictures showed. The house was clean, in a perfect location that was quite and close to everything, and had everything you would need to enjoy your home away from home. The owner of the house was very helpful with the house and places to see and eat.

Clean and Comfortable

There was a nice welcome note waiting for us with everything we needed to know about the house. Everything was just immaculately clean. Big comfy beds and Roku TV's in every bedroom. Everything in this house just works perfect. We had a great stay.

Beautiful house, beautiful area, straight forward booking

We had a great stay. The listing is accurate, the house has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, check in was easy, we had everything we needed while staying here. We enjoyed having the BBQ and fire pit, and the smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms were great too. Nice and close to the lake in a quiet neighbourhood close to amenities (20 minutes from Highland Bike Park!). Being able to store our bikes in the garage was an added plus. Thank you Chris!
