This lovely 4-bedroom 3.5 bath home is a great choice for a vacation retreat that is only a few steps to the beach and provides great waterviews of the ocean AND the sound. The beach access is located only a very short walk from the home and is located at the end of the street.
This home is equipped with an elevator that will quickly transport you, your luggage and supplies from the ground level and up to each of the above 3 living levels. This is an excellent convenience that you will come to appreciate very quickly.
As you enter the home whether by elevator or stairs, you will find the first living level equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a laundry room and covered porches on the front and rear of the home. The large foyer, baths and laundry area have ceramic tile flooring while all the bedrooms have beautiful hardwood. The bed set-ups on this level are 2 queens and 1 double.
Bedroom 1 is located on the front of the home and is equipped with a queen bed, full bath with tub and shower combination, two large closets, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, various dressers, night stands, lamps and wall art. From this bedroom you have access out to a private covered porch that provides great views of the ocean and sound.
Bedroom 2 is located on the rear of the home (ocean facing side) and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, various night stands and wall art. This bedroom provides access out to the rear covered porch where you will enjoy the ocean and sound views. This bedroom has all hardwood flooring.
Bedroom 3 is located on the rear of the home (sound facing side) and is equipped with a double bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, various dressers/night stands and wall art. This bedroom also provides direct access out to the rear covered porch where you will enjoy the ocean and soundviews. This bedroom has all hardwood flooring.
Just outside the bedroom doors of bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 you will find a full bath with a tub and shower combination.
On this level you will also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
As you ascend to the next level you will find the living area which includes the kitchen, dining, living room and a half bath.
The kitchen is well equipped to provide for all your basic meal preparations. Here you will find all required major appliances and small countertop appliances.
The major appliances are stainless and include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range with oven combination, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small counter top appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.
The beautiful cabinetry is all white shaker style and its all capped with lovely granite. All flooring is hardwood throughout this level. Just off the kitchen you will find access out to a balcony that will provide lovely views of the ocean and sound.
The dining area is equipped with a large table that seats 6 and there is room for 2 others at the kitchen bar area.
The living room is equipped with a large sofa, a loveseat and two comfortable arm chairs, coffee and end tables and lamps. There are also two ceiling fans, a large flat screen TV and additional wall art. WiFi is provided throughout. The fireplace shown in the photos is not for used during rental. From the living room you will find direct access out to a large porch that provides comfortable seating for you to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and the fabulous ocean and sound views. The elevator also services this level.
As you move up to the third and final level, this area is dedicated to the grand master suite ONLY, which is the 4thbedroom. The complete top level is a master suite and includes a large bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with large tiled walk-in shower, closet, a reading area and 2 private balconies, one on the front side, and one on the rear of the home. Here you will find a large flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dressers/night stands, lamps and wall art. The elevator also services this master suite level.
This home has a bad weather entry from the garage area as well as elevator access. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is parking for 2 cars underneath in the garage area and 2 others in the driveway.
This home is pet friendly not to exceed 2 dogs. There is a $175.00 per dog non-refundable pet fee.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
