Welcome to Paradise On Patricia! Leave your worries behind and relax in our newly renovated beach house. Located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach a short walk to the sand, or jump on one of the four provided Beach Cruisers and bike to restaurants, boutiques, and bars. Once you park your car you can live like a local and enjoy our laid back lifestyle. The Owners have spared no expense with luxury furnishings inside and outside including a fully fenced backyard, outdoor shower, and gas fire pit. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen with gas stove will not disappoint . For travelers that have to work and play, two workspaces are provided. Pet friendly with approval.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you brought a dog, please check the yard and pick up any dog waste and dispose of it in the trash.
Remove all trash from the home and place it in the trash cans outside. Place trash and recycling cans at end of driveway with tops on! Do not place “bags” of trash on the side of the road
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is the best kept secret of the Beaches! I live just a few blocks away in the same home for over 20 years. We've raised our 3 kids here on these very streets. I am so proud of our community and the neighbors are amazing! Walk to restaurants, boutiques, and local bars. Downtown Jax Beach offers many events, concerts, and local vendor markets year round, be sure to check out the event schedule.
