This space is completely brand new inside from floor to ceiling and features custom marbled concrete countertops, tile surround shower, UHD TV, stainless steel appliances, and more! Colony Suites come with a fully furnished kitchen for cooking! Feel free to utilize the kitchen or take a short walk to one of the many places to eat in Palmer.
Enjoy our free WiFi on-site and relax with your favorite show or movie as Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu subscriptions are all included with your stay.
Upon request, a child's crib and an air mattress for the floor to sleep additional guests (up to 4 total) can be provided. Guests have full access to use anything inside the space along with the in-suite washer and dryer. Check-in and check-out is all done remotely to give our guests a smooth and seamless process for coming and going. We are always available via message or text if the need arises.
Being in the heart of Palmer, your suite is within walking distance to many places to eat, have coffee, enjoy a pint from a local micro brewery, or go window shopping! Local fairs, parades, and even a drive-up movie are available throughout the year. Fish or game processing/cleaning is not allowed on the property. You can cook your fish here, but please take care of the cleaning on the riverbank or elsewhere before you bring it on-site. Colony Suites is a drug-free establishment.
