The duplex seemingly seemed as if it had been renovated. The furniture was clean and seemingly very new.The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything we needed. The street was well lit and a street light was by our driveway. We look forward to staying here again.

Thank you Marge for taking the time to review my place. I hope you will stay again in the future.
It was more than we expected, especially since we booked it at the last minute. It was very warm and welcoming. The overall impression you get when you enter is-classy. It was clean and everything we needed was provided. Gigi was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We will be returning to South Carolina in the near future and will most definitely try to stay here again.
I fell in love with this little house immediately. It was very clean and decorated and stocked so well. Bed was very comfortable. Gigi was very accommodating also. We were visiting our daughter who lives in a small apartment so it was nice having our own place to relax.
Visiting because Worlds Junior Baseball Championship
We were 100% satisfied. Very clean, well stocked for a weeks stay, king size bed very comfortable. Good location. Gigi communicated with us immediately when we asked questions. We have nothing negative to say. Definitely would recommend might even want to come back if grandson plays in Worlds again next year!!!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for about a month. First, the positives...the property was clean and tidy. For the negatives...if you dont mind excessive barking and confrontational dogs on neighboring properties, this place is for you. Also, the bathroom was small and ran out of hot water after a while. Also, Gigi accused of us smoking in the unit - I am asthmatic and my boyfriend has never touched a cigarette in his life. When I pressed Gigi to explain, she replied with, "I just have to ask these days". Like what???? We didn't even get an apology. Also, we could hear running from the unit attached to us. AND, to top it off, the neighbor next door (to the right), had her huge dog run up to my boyfriend and aggressively bark at him. My partner could have been bitten (plus the dog leaving the neighbors' property technically broke the law too - he wasn't even leashed)! The neighborhood is full of dogs and they will bark late into the night and keep you awake, especially if you are a light sleeper. We will not be staying here again.

Hi Jesscia,
As you know I have no control over my neighbors property. Your issue is a police matter. I did everything possible to make your stay comfortable which included installing a 6 foot high fence on the property line, at great expense, for your comfort. While my son and husband where installing the fence they smelled non cigarette smoke coming from your unit and that was the reason I text and asked if you were smoking. Had you said yes, which you did not, I would have said just take it outside. There was nothing more to say after you said "no"
. Anyway, I wish you well, and hopefully at some point you will see that your review were rancorous and perplexing to me, as were all of your responses.
About the host
Hosted by Gigi
I love being a Host(ess) because when I traveled with my husband and children, back in the day, we stayed in hotels. I found so many household things needed, that we took for granted, were missing. That extra pillow, towels, once a plunger. The expensive four star hotel was at sea level and the pipes weren’t so great. Enough said. Not to mention the noise of doors slamming and people in the halls outside our door at all hours of the night. Hotels were not peaceful, or quiet. We got very little sleep most times, and upon returning home needed a vacation from our vacation. So, that is just a few of many reasons why I do this.
Why they chose this property
It’s a lovely little well kept neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
My location is easy to get to, and close to many in town amenities, (some within walking distance), yet in a well kept neighborhood.
