Thanksgiving without wi-fi and with bugs

My family arrived on Tuesday and we were without WiFi until Friday night. We couldn’t find anyone to help us until late Thursday night. Finally we got WiFi up when Spectrum came and replaced the router and extender. This caused so much frustration as the family was not able to make calls to other family members or send and receive email or google. Thanksgiving is a time for families and not being able contact those who were not with us was terrible. And then bugs started showing up. Another issue we had to manage. On Friday the exterminator showed up and warned us that if he sprayed, we would be inundated as the roaches fled so we opted to live with them for our remaining stay. We do not wish these bugs to ruin anyone else’s vacation. It being Thanksgiving, we had lots of cooking and dishes but the kitchen faucet was broken and we couldn’t get hot water until after Thanksgiving when the maintenance man fixed it Friday night. We had several other lesser issues that made our stay less than perfect including: The rotating plate in the microwave was not the proper plate so it wasn’t balanced and made using the microwave a little precarious. One of the bar stools at the bar had a broken foot rung and made it unstable to sit on. A couple of chairs on the lani were broken. Two upstairs toilets had flushing issues. One TV in a bedroom was not connected and did not work. No broom & dustpan or mop.
