Welcome to Casa Ramé – Alta Vida, located in Pineapple Hill, Rincón, Puerto Rico. During winter and early spring, Rincón is sunny and ideal for surfers, remote workers, and couples seeking a relaxed west coast escape. Enjoy warm days, cooler nights, rugged coastal beauty, and winter swells in a peaceful residential setting.
Alta Vida features 15-foot ceilings, ocean views, and an airy loft-style layout with air conditioning. Steps Beach is reachable via a scenic ~30-minute hike (hard). Residential street parking is available.

Hot showers are provided via an on-demand gas water heater; during power outages, hot water can be restored using backup batteries upon request
No power generator on site
Power outages can occur occasionally and usually last a few hours
Bathroom and kitchen sinks have cold water only, which is common in Puerto Rico

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a very friendly, rural one. You may also notice many people cruising by our residential street as the views are breath taking, the houses are beautiful, and both ends of the street lead to the famous road 413 (aka. Road to Happiness). We are located 5 minutes from the town square which means easy access to pharmacies, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants/bars. We are also less than 10 minutes to all surfing spots in town. A rental or personal car is strongly suggested.

My partner and I live downstairs, part-time. Occasionally you may see us or the staff working in the patio. Please reach out via text, call, or in person if you have any questions or specific needs.
