This is our go to place when we stay in Atlanta, close to multiple venues and we've never had a problem! King beds and clean rooms, there's a small Starbucks in the lobby.

Clean room. Not as close to botanical gardens as was indicated. Dog-friendly is a bonus.

Very pet friendly. Great shops and food nearby. Staff is very responsive and attentive. I’ve booked multiple times and each room was very clean. Housekeeping requested upon request so no need to worry if someone will open the door while you are away (especially with pets). The lobby is very quiet and a calm place to hang around if you need a change of space.

Initially there was confusion and miscommunication regarding amount due at check-in. We paid for the booking in advance but the hotel was requesting additional fees and a deposit. However, the host was responsive and guaranteed that the situation would be handled.
