Greensboro Getaway:Hot Tub/K Bed/Hammock/Firepit

This house was curated to provide the best of everything you need to relax. On a 1-acre lot with privacy. A new hot tub on the back deck. 2 separated work stations. Updated bathrooms & kitchen. EVERY THING is brand new from upgraded TVs in each room, to the furniture & mattresses, down to the silverware. Backyard has a deck with grill, a hammock, firepit and a swing set/playhouse (under renovation). Kitchen fully stocked w/ complimentary beverage station. Close to Hwy 421, downtown Greensboro and the upcoming Toyota battery plant.

The house sits back off a quiet road providing a tranquil experience. Guests are welcomed to an entrance featuring a sit down area and hanging area for clothes, groceries, umbrellas etc. Guests will be provided a code to the Schlage smart lock which does not require keys.

The living room features a large vaulted ceiling with fan, gas fireplace, large screen TV and best of all, a foosball table that has backlights to play in the dark. The sofa also offers a queen fold-out bed. All rooms, except for the kitchen, have hardwoods.

Off the living room is the updated kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island to help prep food and/or eat (features two stools). Kitchen features a dishwasher, range, oven, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot and everything else you will need to make your meals. The dining tables includes four chairs and a bench to seat 6. The sliding glass door provides easy access between the kitchen and large back yard, including a deck with grill, hot tub and Adirondack chairs.

The first bedroom features a bunkbed, large work station, play tent, children's books, toys and coloring books & crayons. There is also a 44" 4k smart TV on the wall.

The next bedroom offers a queen bed, 44" 4K smart TV, shelf, and 2 floating nightstands.

The large main bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with a king bed, a bench, desk, chest of drawers and 44" 4K smart TV. There is a very large walk-in closet that stores a pack’n’play and other items. A private bathroom features dual vanity sinks and a newly remodeled walk-in shower.

The second bathroom was recently renovated and is near all three bedrooms. It features a tub/shower combination.

All the beds have new memory foam mattresses. Blackout curtains are available in the main bedroom and queen bedroom.

The backyard includes a kids play area with swing sets (the play house is off limits until it has been safely repaired). Resting and socializing may take place on the hammock and six Adirondack chairs and a firepit. The back deck has a propane grill and also features night lighting for a relaxing evening under the stars. Did we mention the hot tub. More outdoor entertainment includes horseshoes and cornhole. There is lots of space for kids to roam.

There is plenty of room for parking. Come enjoy the outdoors and relax while staying only 15 minutes to downtown Greensboro or Coliseum.

*Pet policy*
If you want to bring a pet, do not instant book. Please contact the owner first. We only allow 1 smaller non-shedding dog.

*Parties*
This is NOT a house to be used for parties. We kindly ask to keep music or gatherings on the back deck to a peaceful noise level to respect others nearby.

*Smoking*
This is a non-smoking house. No smoking is allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted outside; however, all ash and butts must be cleaned and disposed of properly.

*Hot Tub*
The back deck features a new hot tub. Guests are to use at own risk. The cover features a lock to remove cover. Adults are to supervise children/young adults while using the hot tub. Hot tubs can be dangerous and owner is not liable for any accidents related to using the hot tub. The hot tub is optional.

*Cameras*
This property has security cameras for guest security. All cameras are outside and are located on the ring door bell on the front door and security light on the side of the house facing the parking area. Cameras are able to record.
