4/10 overall. Location was pretty nice within NODA and Charlotte, although the pictures of the property were nicer than reality. The property wasn’t really equipped to house more than 2 people and not as an actual living space. The kitchen was lacking in appliances and there was an on-going ant infestation in almost every room. The landlord was very nice and helpful but lives next door in the other side of the duplex. The family stays up late and either has a pet or child that is pretty loud in the evenings, or at least very easy to hear through the thin walls. The property seems to be owned by good management and has potential, but unfortunately we will not be staying there again.

I would stay there again

Overall it was a nice place to rest our heads for the night but low marks on attention to detail. The owner was responsive and kind. Bring an extension cord because there are not many wall plugs available and no toaster but a nice air fryer.

Why they chose this property

Its a great neighborhood that is close to almost everything around uptown Charlotte. Its walkable to several bars and restaurants including optimist hall. Cordelia park and the little sugar creek walking trail is very close as well as the light rail stop.

Lots of brand new homes in the area.
