Our mountain cabin, The Timbers, is our home away from home when we want to get out of the summer heat, hike with the family, have a vacation with friends or hit the slopes at Sunrise Mountain.

We take pride in our modernized cabin and provide multiple above and beyond amenities for you to enjoy. Whether you are bringing multiple families (enough room for 2-3 families), a small group of friends, or wanting a retreat for a few weeks in the mountains, our cabin is well-suited for you and very close to golf, hiking, ATV/UTV trails and of course Sunrise Ski & Park Resort (one of the largest, closets cabins)!

The great room has a 70" smart tv (4 total TVs in home), wood burning fireplace, leather sectional, and comfortable easy chair. The dining space has built-in banquette seating and plenty of chairs for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, pantry items, coffee pods, glasses, kids dishes and cutlery. We know you will find this main gathering space comfortable and oh-so-cozy!

All bedrooms have ample closets, (3 are big enough to put a pack-n-play inside) new mattresses, crisp white sheets and duvets with additional blankets. The bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, all from Public Goods!

The kids' room is a must see! We have a custom built-in triple bunk bed with a queen bed attached. The KIDS CAVE ROOM is inside this room and provides a trundle bed with a Smart TV and Xbox 360! This area sleeps 7!

The game room is situated in the loft overlooking the family room and has ample games, puzzles, Legos, and comfortable chairs to read a book or two. Enjoy a competitive card game with friends or fun board game with family!

The back porch is equipped with a gas barbecue grill, chairs, and a gas firepit to encourage good food, storytelling and dreaming. You’ll especially enjoy the privacy of having no backyard neighbors!

During the day, take a walk along the quiet residential streets (safe for kids!) where you can admire all the different cabins and enjoy the clean mountain air. The White Mountains have miles of trails through the world’s largest Ponderosa Pine forests, and over 200 lakes and streams. Hundreds of miles of trails for UTVs / ATVs with access less than a mile away. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, it’s the perfect place to hike, mountain bike, fish, and ski or enjoy Live music at the Den (1.5 Miles away)!
