Ready for a romantic getaway? This condo is ideal for couples. The queen canopy bed creates a tropical ambiance. There is a full kitchen and full bath in this cozy unit. Enjoy meals as you watch TV or sit in front of the electric fireplace. Although the units at Top of the Gulf do not have individual balconies, the complex consists of 8 open-air floors with shared viewing areas and chairs on each level. Walk to Pineapple Willy's for cocktails or a bite to eat.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 AND OLDER.

The unit accommodates up to 2 guests maximum(including children and infant of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allow by law could result in fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only. VCR#55208

We love Top of the Gulf

Everything was good except we were given the wrong door code and had to contact the property owner. Then, we went to cook a pizza and the oven didn’t work. Other than those two things the stay was great!

Terrible

Rental property was not honest & upfront about construction going on that was SO loud you could not stay in the condo that we had paid top dollar to rent. Contacted them & manager & security and no one did anything about it! Never stay there again!

Suite 620

The condo, pool, beach was great. Lots of parking and luggage carts when checking in. Our unit was decorated very cute BUT that Bamboo Bed needs to go. Makes too much noise, feels like the canopy is going to fall and the bed is very uncomfortable. Also, The two wicka chairs to sit and watch TV are also very uncomfortable. Needs a comfy sofa or more comfortable chairs.
