The view was Amazing!! Beautiful home when there was an issue they responded instantly. Wish with 12 of us staying definitely needed more garage bags. It helped out having the 2 refrigerators 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers.Would definitely go back
Great stay!! We come to Gatlinburg at least once a year and out of all the homes we’ve stayed at this house has the most spectacular views! We also saw bears! The house was spacious and had exactly what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!
This property was absolutely incredible! We had a 7 year old and 1 year old who enjoyed all the amenities! Beautiful views and plenty of parking! The drive up the mountain was a bit to get used to but well worth it for this house! The community pool was super close to the house and provided lots of fun for all ages!
We had a great stay. The house was gorgeous, amazing pool area, and the views were absolutely spectacular. Anytime we needed anything they were on it immediately and we received excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommended for families

Really wanted to like this place & I’ve never had to write a negative review before. It just bothers me that you can spend almost 11,000 and you get:- broken handle on the shower door- mold in the shower and on the door- broken grill that was about to fall off pedestal & no handle to open grill with- stains on the side of bathroom sink- bunk bed had open Capri Sun with hair stuck to it under the cover- indoor poor cloudy & smelled horrible - stains on pillowcase - absolutely horrible pans & cutlery - one oven door completely falling apart - little to no pillow cases & no comforter or blankets, just a quilt - yes I have pictures of everything Other than that it really did have a million dollar view. Very disappointed.

Loved the cabin it had something to do for everyone beautiful view from anywhere in the cabin loved the whole vacation can’t wait to visit it again soon
Beautiful cabin and plenty of space for everyone. Good views, just didn’t realize there were so many houses around. The indoor pool was cool, not warm, but nice. Movie room was great! The hot tub was very relaxing!
Great 4 days. House was more than expected. Plenty of room for all 16 people. Would book again. If you would not like to be on top of the mountain then don’t stay here because it was at the top and great views
Plenty of room for a large family and very clean with 2 of everything in the kitchen.

Reviewer Comments:
This home is absolutely amazing and very accommodating for all ages. The kids never wanted to leave the cabin because it’s so much to do inside. The view at night is top tier. However it is in the clouds and the road getting there is very curvy so I suggest getting there before night fall. They also asked for the beds to not be stripped at the end of the stay so I hope that doesn’t mean they don’t change the linen between guest. I couldn’t image the sheets not being washed after every visit.
This property was everything it stated. The location has been the best rental we have had yet. AMAZING views yet close enough to town. Everyone had a room with all the space they needed and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and everyone to gather around. The pool and the hot tub were used everyday of our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again! 🌄

Reviewer Comments:
Nice neighborhood overall—clean and visually appealing at first glance. However, once you settle in, several issues become noticeable. The kitchen blinds extremely gross and sticky, and there were a lot of crumbs around the stove. There was also black mold present in the Master-shower. I did not investigate the other showers. So, I will not speak on that. The views are okay if you don’t mind looking directly at other houses, with the mountains visible in the background. The biggest disappointment was the indoor pool. It was extremely cold, despite being advised that it was set to a specific temperature range. That temperature may technically meet their standards due to humidity control, but it is absolutely not comfortable for swimming during the winter months. None of us wanted to get in, and those that did got out immediately. Making it a complete waste of money. If you’re booking this place specifically to use the indoor pool In the winter months-don’t bother—it’s not worth it.
Our typical family is on the beach. However, we decided to change things up this year and visit the Gatlinburg area. Your vacation rental was perfect. Our only suggestion would be to invest in additional towels and cookwear. When we arrived the pool area was dirty but within 24 hrs the cleaning crew came and the problem was resolved. Overall, great experience.
