**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!

Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.

The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful condo! It’s so easy to check in, beautifully decorated, clean and has everything we need! Not to mention that it’s literally steps away from the beach and comes with beach accessories! Thank you so much Perri and Spencer for having us!

Amazing stay!

We had planned a honeymoon for Florida and had to rebook last minute to avoid hurricanes. This Perri and Spencer were quick to accommodate and this condo made a last minute change all worth it. It is so nicely done, organized, cozy, and chic! Spencer was easy to reach for questions. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Perfection!

My family and I stayed here on our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach. The location and condo are perfection! The condo has everything you could need, so close to the beach and the view from the balcony is amazing! Spencer and Perri are excellent hosts and very quick with communication. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great vacation

The stay was fantastic. The wife and I enjoyed our anniversary stay immensely. Exactly as advertised. Quiet, beautiful view, close to the beach, and close to everywhere else. Parking lot a little small for large vehicles, but was still able to get in and out. Would 100% recommend.

Perfect relaxing spot

It’s rare that a place is exactly as pictured but Perri and Spencer’s condo is as lovely and spotless as shown. Great location along a quieter section of town but still very close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here including the cute balcony, listening to the ocean, an easy walk to the beach, and all the beautifully coordinated condo amenities. Perfect spot for two and the vanity with extra sink outside bathroom is key.

Perfect Beach Condo!!

The perfect place for a beach get away! Located right on the ocean, we loved waking up every morning and having a coffee on the patio while listening to the ocean waves. The Boho decor throughout is perfect and you can tell that every single little detail was thought of. The renovations are stunning. Received quick and friendly responses from the owner with any questions that we had. Location is perfect as you are so close to shopping and restaurants. 100% recommend this condo to everyone and we will be booking here again in the future!

Pretty condo!

The condo was just as pictured. The renovations were well done...everything was comfortable and inviting. Convenient location just steps from the beach. The owner was responsive and communicated in a timely manner when we needed it. Tips for travelers: the parking garage with this building is very tight with sharp turns inside. If you can rent or bring either a smaller car or oversized vehicle that will make it easier! Something I wish we had known in advance. (Vehicles over 16ft are allowed to park in the lot vs going inside the garage).

Comfy and serene condo

This condo is beautiful and comfortable! My daughter and I stayed for a cheer competition so I wanted something close to the convention center. We had never been to Myrtle Beach and were pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. This condo is in the type of building where everyone greets you as you walk around. When my daughter was walking around in her cheer uniform, so many people congratulated her and started conversations. It was just me (mom) and my daughter traveling and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood and in the building. The building has notices on every floor about quiet hours and we never heard any issues with noise. If you plan to do laundry, bring quarters so you don't get stuck with wet clothes if the change machine stops working at 9PM. Don't ask me how I know lol. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. It is clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making the condo welcoming and comfortable.

Boho Beach Nest is the BEST!!!

Our first VRBO vacation. This place is a modern beach lovers dream. My husband and I had a nightmare experience with another condo booking. Spencer and Perri allowed us to view their place immediately and before booking to assure us it was as advertised. We later learned from VRBO owner friends of ours that this is rare. Spencer and Perri were flexible and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us. In an act of genuine compassion for our vacation hardship, they gave us our first night stay free upon booking the Boho Beach Nest. This place has everything you want or need for a relaxing getaway. One night we made pasta and there was a strainer and another night we made pizza and there was a cutter. It’s the little things that make a vacation rental feel like home. The attention to detail is amazing in every aspect from the decor down to the stocked supplies. The 7th floor location and oversized balcony made the stay bearable for a person like me with a fear of heights. The Ocean Forrest Plaza staff works around the clock to keep the building and grounds clean and safe. The residential area is quiet and relaxing. My husband and I used to stay at Monterey Bay so the parking was a piece of cake for us. Take your time but don’t let the negative parking reviews detour you from booking this building.
