You are just a five-minute walk from the best French restaurants in the Caribbean and a five-minute drive to the supermarket. We never experience water shortages because we have a cistern. Quiet and secluded beaches are just a few minutes away. English, French, Spanish, and a little German are spoken.

I am a semi-retired businessman. I like to travel and be in a constant state of learning new things. I speak 3 languages (English, French, and Spanish). I am originally from Canada but live here in St. Martin now.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the Island about thirty years ago and emigrated shortly thereafter. Doing this is my way of sharing my little corner of paradise with family, friends and whoever wants to discover or re-discover what I think is the nicest part of the Island.
What makes this property unique
Close to the shore and beaches, airport pick-up is available, and complimentary French champagne with a minimum 2-week stay. Is lounging in a hammock your thing? We've got it.
