Beautiful beach access, steep drop off from patio to the sand, so using the stairs is recommended. One enters into the cute bedroom from the narrow hallway which seemed awkward but it is what it is. The connecting unit door on the left side had a busted lock and there was a folding table blocking it. Weird. The place was decorated nicely with nautical themes and it was very clean and bright and air conditioned. The unit was supplied with plenty of beach towels, a nice wagon for toting our stuff to the beach and a fabulous umbrella and a few chairs to sit upon. Very nice. The kitchen was supplied with dishes, cookware and various cooking utensils but no actual knives for preparing food, only steak knives. We managed, but it would have been nice to have an actual set of chef knives to cut bread, meat and vegetables on a cutting board. The back patio had a nice sofa and a table to enjoy the view of the ocean. The only complaint I have is that the towels and sheets gave me a horrible allergic reaction as they must have been cleaned in a cheap laundry detergent or something that had some chemical my body did not like. Maybe it was a fragrance, I don't know. The bed/pillows were comfy and it was great to have a full kitchen and a large refrigerator with freezer and a large bathroom with excellent hot water and good water pressure. The upstairs unit had lots of people so one can hear them running around. Loved the sunsets and sound of the ocean. The community BBQ grills were nasty.
