The yard was smaller than I expected and the trees blocked the porch view of the valley.Loved the comfort and quiet of the place. Ladder to the loft bedroom was a bit of an effort but I made it up and down okay(74 yo). Great location and easy access to shops and dining. Very clean and well stocked.

Hi Laura, Sorry the bedroom ladder was an issue, but often guests prefer the comfy fold out sofa instead. It is clearly shown in our pictures. We are trimming the fruit trees to open up the view as they do grow quickly in the warm months and you were here before they could safely be cut back. The full yard is half an acre; perhaps you didn't realize all the property involved, around both the Manor and Carriage houses, with the extensive landscaping. My wife and I spent our “mini-moon” here for the weekend and wish we had more time to stay longer! You’d be very hard-pressed to find a place with better views, more thoughtful accommodations, and cozier vibes! The host was very responsive and generous, and we were so impressed with the entire property!

Perfect Getaway

Three of us fit comfortable and happy in this cozy mountain loft overlooking the Salt Lake Valley. We had everything we needed and the owner/manager were incredibly accommodating. Cant wait to return!

Fantastic!

We stayed at this location for a month and it was wonderful. It's a beautiful location with amazing, serene views. All appliances worked great and the location had everything we needed for a comfortable, long stay. Property management communication was excellent and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

A Slice of Heaven

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the way to Boise. The place was immaculate and very cozy with beautiful views of the city. I will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through. Oh they have pear trees also, my dog really enjoyed those after she realized it wasnt a tennis ball.

Great location.

We hiked in several of the canyons outside Salt Lake City which were easily accessible from the apartment. Steps to bed in loft are unique but very doable!
