Precise Realty presents The Waterway Escape

Minimum 2 week stay required. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.

Charming, waterfront Longboat Key surprise! This 2 bedroom 2 bath house is sure to impress. Total renovation will bring you delight upon entering. Fun, chic, beach inspired decorating with the fun, splattered octopus theme to bring a smile to anyone. Plenty of dishware, gadgets, cooking equipment for the gourmet chef in you all. Outdoor living could be your everyday enjoyment while sipping wine by your private heated pool and on cool nights curl up at the fire pit. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

In lieu of any damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000 .

This house was a great home for us for a month. The amount of community space in this house is perfect, especially for a rental property. The owners have appointed the house very well. The kitchen includes everything a guests could need. A key benefit of this house is its location and the amount of functional outdoor space that it has. The description on the app is accurate. Finally, the host is responsive and committed to ensuring that guests have a full and enjoyable stay.
