This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features an open-concept design, designer coastal décor, and a gourmet kitchen with a large island, wine cooler, and premium finishes throughout. Both bedrooms offer tranquil views of the heated pool and waterfront canal, creating a relaxing coastal atmosphere.

Enjoy the expansive living area, private dock, heated pool, fire pit, and outdoor dining spaces designed for entertaining. Nestled in the sought-after Country Club Shores community, you`re just moments from beach access, dining, and island attractions. Fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, this luxury waterfront getaway offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and indoor-outdoor living for an unforgettable Longboat Key escape.

There is a non refundable pet fee of $250.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

This house was a great home for us for a month. The amount of community space in this house is perfect, especially for a rental property. The owners have appointed the house very well. The kitchen includes everything a guests could need. A key benefit of this house is its location and the amount of functional outdoor space that it has. The description on the app is accurate. Finally, the host is responsive and committed to ensuring that guests have a full and enjoyable stay.
