Residence-Hotel Mont Vernon secure, with new swimming pool on the beach, magnificent and large fully equipped studio, 40 m2 with large balcony-terrace of 8m2, renovated and fitted out for maximum comfort during your stay.
Ideally located, in the 1st line of the residence, clear view without vis-à-vis, on the 2nd and last floor of the Saba building, quiet, protected from the wind, less than 100 meters from the sea (immediate access to the beach of Orient Bay) and close to the large car park on the beach. Perfect.

The fully air-conditioned studio has a sleeping area with king size bed and a lounge area that opens onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom.
High speed wifi internet and Smart TV.

Amazing Property and Location

We can’t say enough about the property. Our unit had everything you could need. They thought of anything that you might need to make your experience top notch. Highly recommend staying here as it’s right on the beach and it’s a 13 minute walk along the beach to Orient Bay Village where the food is incredible!

The studio was lovely & clean. I loved the view from the balcony! The walk to the beach is easy & orient village is within walking distance (however I would drive over if going for dinner at night). The only negative would be the bed is a little hard & not too comfy. I brought k-cups thinking there would be a Keurig type coffee machine, but there is a nespresso machine (& a regular coffee maker). Just FYI…not a big deal, I bought some Nespresso cups in the little store on property. The owner was very communicative & answered messages quickly. Linda was the attendant for the studio & was there awaiting our arrival & showed us around. She was very friendly & helpful!! We had no issues or problems during our stay!
