Welcome to FULL-ON OCEAN VIEWS and your Serenity by the Sea!!

Yes, you read that right! Immediately upon entering the condo, you will be in awe and stop in your tracks when you see expansive ocean views from all back and side windows. There are UNOBSTRUCTED views of the ocean as you are front and center on the FRONT ROW.
It’s all yours!

The ocean views are seen throughout the entire living area, kitchen, and game/lounge (arcade!) area that sits just behind the kitchen. There is a large balcony on the beach side of the condo with ample seating to lounge and enjoy relaxation, listening to the ocean, and taking in the views. Have your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise and listen to the ocean. Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer and watch the sunset in the evening. What a beautiful site it is!

The location is seriously AMAZING! Beach front access is a short walk away to the private beach. Walk straight out of the condo and across the dune crossover and you are ON THE BEACH! 2 minute walk and you will be at the Beach Club!

The Beach Club has amenities such as an infinity pool, hot tubs, kids pool, gym, gift shop, and restaurant with bar. It is a great place to go hang out, relax, soak in the sun and the amazing ocean view. Moms, take a break and let someone else cook for your family and order from the restaurant. Indulge yourself and order a cocktail from the bar. **The restaurant/bar is NOW OPEN and newly renovated!**

*** Please Note: MAX number of wrist brands for purchase is 9, BUT kids 4 and under are FREE!. See below for more details. ** There is a limit of 3 wristbands per bedroom/condo, so in our case 9. The Beach Club will NOT allow you to purchase more than 9 wristbands. ***

Bikes available for rent at the Beach Club. Golf carts can be rented from a local company. Info provided at check-in to enjoy the amenities.

There is also a balcony on the front bay side of the condo with views of Galveston Bay. It’s a gorgeous view!

The home is beautifully decorated in new coastal décor and perfect for a family vacation, a friends getaway, a “work” from home beach front vacation, or anything your heart desires.

For the cooler months, we have a FIREPLACE to cozy up by after a brisk walk on the beach.

For endless hours of fun, enjoy the “OCEAN ARCADE” just behind the kitchen! Free Play All Day with more than 17,000 games to choose from, the fun is endless. Board games, cards and a game table will make for memorable family time.


The Space
Sleeping: Get a great night's rest with new memory foam mattresses, comfy linens, extra blankets, and black-out shades in ALL bedrooms!

There are two masters: Larger master bedroom with en suite, 65 inch ROKU TV, and views of the ocean from bed! A smaller master with en suite and views of the bay. Both with king size beds.

The kids' bunk room can sleep up to 5. There are twin 4 bunks and also a small futon that converts to a toddler/young child size bed. There is a 43 in ROKU TV in the kids room for movie time!

Extra sleeping: There is also a full size pull out couch in the arcade/lounge area. The comforter and sheets for it are in the bunk room closet. The sheets are aqua.

Living Room: Electric fireplace for the winter months to stay extra cozy and a 65 inch ROKU TV.

Arcade: located in the game/lounge area! 17,000+ games to choose from. “Free Play all Day”

Kitchen: Well-appointed with all new stainless steel appliances, filtered water/ ice dispenser, Keurig coffee maker AND a regular coffee pot, kitchenware (includes crockpot, electric hand mixer, waffle/sandwich maker, toaster, pots, pans, all utensils for eating and cooking, drinking glasses (glass and plastic), wine glasses with opener, mixing bowls, and food storage containers. Common spices and coffee filters provided. A starter amount of k-cups will be provided so you are sure to not miss out on enjoying a cup of coffee while you watch the beach sunrise.

Washer and dryer: New Samsung washer and dryer available for use in the condo. Detergent and fabric softener available.
Desk space: high-speed WIFI, located in the master, views to the ocean from the desk.

Beach supply closet: Beach chairs for adults and children, large portable canopy tent, umbrella, boogie boards, buckets and beach toys for the kids. Beach towels (located in the master closet) are available for use. The beach amenities are awesome and guests love them! PLEASE note Galveston does have mosquitos (even near the beach) so bring mosquito spray and of course sunblock.

Outside shower: There is a shower spout on the back (beach) side of the condo, before entering into the garage to return to the condo. PLEASE WASH off all sand, then towel off to avoid tracking sand into the condo. We really appreciate it! This helps to keep the condo nice and clean for your stay and no clogging up the washing and dryer with sand. If you track sand in, the vacuum works best to get it up.

Guest access: There is 1 covered parking spot in the garage labeled #101. There is additional free parking in the lot outside the building and around the circle near the Beach Club. There is a beach equipment closet in the garage in location #1. The access code for the beach equipment closet and the condo will be sent to the guest the day before their booking.

Other things to note:
Please Note: Beach Club Pointe West Wristband Fee: Max number of wrist brands for purchase is 9 total, BUT kids < 4 yo are free. There is a $25 fee per person per length of your stay (NOT per day) that the Beach Club charges for the amenities. You can check in at the Beach Club reception desk which is located at the top right of the stairs at the Beach Club. They will give your party wristbands and get you registered. The Lazy River Sunset pool is heated and has a lazy river. It is open year-round and on the bay side (see map provided). Please check availability and hours.

Additional detailed info will be sent to you after booking before check-in.
EXTRAS: resort access also gains you entry into the game room which has ping pong, shuffleboard, and a pool table. Check-in with the front desk to get equipment to play. There is also a gym equipped with cardio, free weights, and machines. Basketball court (bring a ball), fire pits, and bbq grills, and a fishing pier are also available within the resort. Please bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, fishing poles and supplies. We do have bbq utensils available in the unit.

Full home except two locked hall closets for cleaning crew. One assigned parking spot in the garage with extra parking outside the condo and beach club available. Beach storage room full of beach supplies provided- code will be provided.
