Located in the art district of Melbourne, 5 minutes to Melbourne downtown and crossing bridge to Melbourne Beach & Indialantic Beach.

1, SLEEPING AREA: one queen size bed.

2, PARKING: it's one of the apartments of a duplex, spacious parking lot.

3, AIR: central AC (heat & cool) just for you.

4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.

5, TV & INTERNET: Two TV sets with Rocu.
Verizon 5G high-speed internet, WIFI only!

6, KITCHENETTE: efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker, Mini  refrigerator)

7, Non flushable items: don't flush them! $200/hour+$200 rush fees are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
(The whole sewerage is recently updated to commercial code PVC, which won't have problems by itself!)

8, FURNITURE, FLOORS, and WINDOW:
a. frugal furnished as seen.
b. floor is painted concrete.
c. windows are hurricane rated, please keep it shut.

NOPE

I stayed here for 1 night out of the 3 I reserved. The VRBO was not cleaned, there was the last people stuff still scattered around, plus nothing was wiped down. The toilet was covered in pee. Not to forget that we saw 3 roaches in the short amount of time we were there. Also i didn't get my cleaning deposits back even after i told the host all of these things. Worst VRBO ever!!

I don't know why we got such a mean and untrue review?! The central ac was broken and our usual ac guy is too busy to schedule an urgent repair. I told these guests 2 days before their arrival and urged them to cancel; but they refused. Therefore we put extra efforts to install a portable AC, which needs a hole in the wall for the vent, and we paid a handyman for it. Afterwards, we examined the vrbo, cleaned it, which had nothing unclean as they claimed in this unkind review. Then they complained about everything but the unexpected heat after they arrived, they simply didn't want to admit to their wrong decision. I refunded them after they waked me up in midnight, and didn't burden them with our trouble of installing a portable ac on their request! Some people
