Welcome to your home away from home in lovely Brant Beach. This welcoming place has a cozy living room, with a beautiful stone fireplace. The kitchen has been updated and is roomy and spacious with dining area attached. Just out the kitchen door is the enclosed porch, perfect for your morning coffee or evening iced tea. This 5-bedroom, 2 bath house comfortably sleeps 10, with 2 queen sized beds, one full sized sofa bed and 5 singles. This prime location is great for a morning bike ride or stroll with the family dog. Non refundable pet fee for 1st dog $300, 2nd dog $150. PET ADDENDUM MUST BE SIGNED. Nearby are many restaurants, stores, ice cream shops and also the bike rental place. Just a short walk to both the ocean and the bay, this beach house has everything you need to get away from it all and unwind in lovely Long Beach Island.. Cleaning fee $200 but renter is to leave property in good condition for cleaners to sanitize. If not additional fees are possible.
