What a beautiful stay we had at this gorgeous property. It was all it was advertised to be. The host communicated with us in an effective manner and we truly enjoyed our time there
It is a beautiful space with plenty of room for our group (3 families) to be comfortable and hang out. We loved the ability to sit outside and watch the water and even go down to the beach when the tide was low enough. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking and the bedrooms were all comfortable.
Our stay at The Agate House was amazing! First of all, the view is spectacular! Then, as you walk carefully from the house, there are charming spots to sit. The lower deck was everybody’s favorite place. There were so many gathering places as well as spots to sit and be still. Watching the tides move and the seals play was an experience I will cherish. The house itself is well stocked with just about everything you need plus a few delightful surprises. The coffee table books were popular with the family, and seating allowed the 6 adults and 3 children to be together. All in all, this residence was incredibly comfortable with stunning scenery. I hope good people will discover this wonderful place.
We had an amazing time and felt right at home at this property. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed; the kitchen is fully stocked with everything from a waffle maker to baking essentials and spices (though you might want to bring your own rice cooker if you're a fan!). The beds were extremely comfortable, featuring plenty of pillows and blankets. We brought our kayaks and had a blast enjoying the scenery—we even spent the weekend watching a harbor seal enjoy his food nearby! Communication with the property manager was perfect, and the entire process from check-in to check-out went smoothly. We would highly recommend this stay.
Truly exceeded all expectations. The house was beautiful and clearly taken care of. Fully stocked with all manner of creature comforts. Great appliances, and any type of cookware, utensils, serving dishes, etc. that you could possibly want. Tons of space to spread out and all furnishings/beds were comfortable. The view from the massive windows facing the water is incredible. The landscaping and lower decks were icing on the cake. Simply wonderful!
Beautiful view, well stocked house with a wide variety of spices. Nice it has plenty of dishes, pots pans, garbage bags, dish soap, towels, utensils etc most houses I’ve stayed at day they are fully loaded but don’t have as many spices or limit garbage Nagel’s or soap etc. great communication with Debra and plenty of parking. Would recommend and stay again if in the area. Thanks for great stay!
The house was very nice and quiet. The deer came by to visit. Saw a seal and lots of birds. Loved sitting on the porch watching the Puget Sound go up and down.
I recently stayed here and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location was picturesque, with easy beach access. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this beach house for a relaxing getaway in the Pacific Northwest.
The kitchen was wonderfully stocked! Sharp knives and plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. Beautiful views from kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We loved the fireplace and we so appreciated all the beautiful art on the walls, all the masks, and ceramics. It truly was a treasure. And oh, there were so many salmon jumping!! We were all inspired.
House and property are amazing! Our stay was amazing! We did have a walking/ exploring 1 year old with us, and that turned out to be its own adventure, as the home has lots of things and decor within their reach.
The house had plenty of room for our family get-together of six adults, a teen and a child. The views of the full moon over the water were amazing. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. The location is quiet and private and the grounds are lovely.
The house had plenty of space with four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers (and the master with a soaker tub) for our large group. It was a beautiful house, with a nice view, great kitchen and living room, laundry facilities, and ample parking.
Preparations leading to our stay were superb. Debra was very responsive when we had questions—always prompt to answer. The house was clean and accommodated our group of eight perfectly. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
