Located in Solterra Resort, we just short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, & LegoLand.

Please NOTE, the resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee to use on-site amenities (price is for all guests in the home). It is a one time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk.

This Disney Vacation Home is upgraded interior designs in bedrooms and living area. If you're looking for a vacation home, this is the one. Location can't get any better being just short distance from Disney World and popular restaurants. You'll love the lagoon style community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, volleyball & more.

Guest has access to entire space, pool with a entire conservation view. Waterpark and all amenities onsite is an additional $35 and charged by the resort. It is a one time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk.

Please avoid wearing dirty or muddy shoes in the home.

All consumable items are self service, but items that are initially complementary for the first night: toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry soap, dish soap, sponge, trash bag, shampoo and soap. These are intended to help with arrival night and would recommend that you also shop for household items that you will be consumed.

Optional pool heat is available for $30/day . We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of October and May. Please let us know in advance if you would like to do that. (duration request is for entire stay.) We would totally recommend as it makes the water warm and comfortable to use.
