About this space
We are excited to host you at Amelia's Island Getaway! We welcome you to relax in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first level condo. Enjoy some time on the screened in patio/deck which features two ceiling fans and comfortable seating.
We are about an 8 minute walk on a separate path to the beach! We are also in walking distance of a few restaurants and an ice cream place!
Enjoy some time by the pool or the tennis courts!
The space
A quick trip up five steps and you are at the front door of our 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo. You will enter into the living room where you will see our favorite feature, the yellow surfboard! The living room has a 42 inch smart tv.
We have also stocked the TV stand with some board games for you to enjoy!

There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Off of the living room is an entrance to the screened in patio/deck with plenty of seating.

The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, dresser, closet , smart TV and a private full bathroom.

The second bedroom (mermaid room) has a ceiling fan, dresser and closet.
Guest access
The parking lot is right outside of the condo, you should have no problem finding parking.

Perfect Amelia Island location

Amelia Landing is conveniently and quietly located off Sadler just 10 minute walk from the beach access at Sliders. The screened porch was perfect to start the day with coffee and end the day with a drink. We stayed 5 nights with relatives and everyone felt comfortable with the unit especially since it was on the first floor. Maria made it easy to get the access code.

My experience

I took my fiancé here for a surprise one year anniversary getaway and we both loved it. We woke up Saturday morning to go ride horses on the beach which is very close by the way. There were a lot of good restaurants near by and Centre Street was really cool and romantic to explore. The condo was very nice. Waking up to birds chirping in the morning was a good way to start the day.

Location Location

Amelia Landings is a great location & I’ve stayed several times. It’s a short walk to the beach, Sliders & ice cream! This condo was more updated & cleaner than my previous units. The deck was comfortably furnished. Condo had everything we needed. Lots of paper products were provided which was appreciated. I wish the pool was heated but that’s no reflection on the condo owner. And I’m not tech savvy & was not prepared to stream TV. Guess I better learn LOL Overall great experience!

We decided to buy this vacation rental to try a new hobby and we really enjoy being hosts. We hope you come to visit!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is walking distance to the beach, it is about an 8 minute walk. In addition, if you have a 4WD vehicle, we are also close to the area on the beach that you can drive on, it's about a 2 min drive. Downtown Amelia Island is a short drive away and we are also close to many wedding venues on the island. We are on the first floor so only about 5 short stairs to get to our condo, which makes it much easier to get to!
