The space
This is a victorian style home with all the charm of a Bostonian home. Hardwood floors throughout. Each bedroom is comfortable and spacious enough for 2. The bathroom still has the original claw foot tub that we recently refinished. there is a large stand in shower with flexible shower head. The kitchen is newly renovated with beautiful white shaker cabinets. washer and dryer is free and in the unit,
The home is not perfect , but has a lovely design and is great for solo travelers, girls getaway, family trips or anyone who wants to enjoy this beautiful city.

Beautiful and very clean home. Very pleasantly surprised, it’s much open and larger than we expected. Parking in the street was a bit tight but we parked and took an uber so it was no issue. I would definitely recommend this stay.

My family of four stayed here as a home base to visit extended family on my wife's side. It's a very nice part of Dorchester, the corner store and main street are close enough for a snack run, and far enough away to be extremely quiet at night. I'm also glad we didn't have a vehicle because parking seems to be tricky! We would happily stay here again.

Good set up for our family of 4. The beds were comfy and very grateful for the AC!! Don't bother with a rental car if future guests are considering this rental. There's only parking on one side of the street. We used public transportation everywhere. Super easy to navigate. If you want a late night snack, head over to Munchie's. Mini grocery stores are in the area to stock up as needed.

Perfect location, cozy space, and pleasant hosts! The neighborhood was very charming and walkable. We discovered several favorite locations for food within a 5 minute walk, including Yeanie's and an amazing Vietnamese place with delicious Bahn Mi's. But we were also able to make food in the well-stocked kitchen (we bought food / ingredients at The Daily, also within walking distance). The place was clean and spacious, the A/C worked well, and the shower got nice and hot.Also, if you want to ditch the car and only use Boston's subway / public transit, the Savin Hill subway stop is a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend this place!

Great place!

Clean, well organized and location in Boston was great. I would stay here again. For future stays, I would definitely have all guests and myself pile into as few cars as possible, just for parking convenience.

Great place to stay.

The apartment was beautiful and super clean. My bed was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The parking is a little nerve-racking but it all worked out. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who’s looking to stay in the Boston area.

Family visit

Visiting our daughter who is in grad school. Stayed close by to her and used Savin hill T for all our transport needs to explore Boston. Had everything we needed on a quiet street!

The apartment is an adorable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom in a quiet neighborhood. We were there to catch the Red Sox, and visit Boston Harbor, the Aquarium, Quincy Market, and more.

We felt very comfortable in this home. The space worked well for 4 adults and the kitchen was well equipped. The parking was tight, but that is typical of the area. Would book again on a return trip.

Super Clean, Super Cozy Place to Stay

The property was easy to find. The place was actually bigger than we were expecting. Rooms were comfy. Don't sweat the parking. The street it's on will probably be packed but there is plenty of close by spots. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Hot week in Boston

Made our way from Tx to Boston to beat the heat…unfortunately we brought a record breaking heat wave with us. Nice space. As advertised, clean and spacious. Really happy the a/c was able to keep up with the weather. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and the T station made this an affordable and convenient spot to explore Boston.

Weekend stay in Boston

We had three couples share this property for a fun weekend in Boston. We were going to a show in the theatre district, restaurants in the South End and Southie. A great location for exploring that side of town. The space is wonderful. Parking in the area was easier than expected on a weekend. There’s only one bathroom, though it was rarely an issue for our group. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Dirty and unprepared.

When we arrived at our stay, the premise was dirty with hair everywhere and had not been cleaned. Our host was difficult to get a hold of, but when we finally did, the trip was canceled and we were reimbursed.

Served it’s purpose

The house was clean and it served its purpose as a place to sleep for the night. The street parking is what you expect.. Two things that turned me off.. we were going to a concert at Fenway. The listing said it was 7 minutes away. We made the trip 3 times and it was 30 minutes away. They ask you to take the garbage out but all of the cans were completely full so I had to stuff it in there, it was pretty gross.

Hi Jennifer, i'm not sure were you thought you saw a 7min drive description to fenway. The only thing 7min away are resteraunts and the train station. I have lived her my entire life and know fenway without traffic is 15 min and during traffic hrs is 20-30 min. There is no need to mislead my guest. My home is very central to many attractions to the city and its not a weak point to my property. As far as the Trash goes I apologize im not sure why all barrels where full. If you would have sent me a message i would have given you a better solution. I would suggest in the future to reach out to your host if you run into an issue even if its a small one. Communication may have made your trip more enjoyable. Best wishes Melinda
