Last minute switched houses

Switched our confirmed house at the last minute, no gas connected to the new house. No hot water. Promised it the next day but didn’t follow through. Checked out after one night because they didn’t follow through with promises. Had to scramble to find a place to stay for 6 people. Worst experience ever! Property manager did refund us the two nights we didn’t stay, but charged us for the night with no water and the cleaning fee. Also no refund from VRBO for the service fee or taxes based on our full price purchase not the night we stayed. Never again.
