Located in the quaint neighborhood of Greenway Park, with a community pool, it's along 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and within walking distance to the sandy white beaches. This home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor includes an open concept kitchen and living area, ideal for entertaining, and a screened-in porch. The first floor bedroom suite includes a queen bed and a shared bathroom. The second floor features two bedrooms, the master suite, a multiple bed guest bedroom, and a common area which incorporates bunks and a laundry area. The Master suite has a balcony to enjoy the serenity of the area as you can hear the ocean waves in the evenings. Clean up and wash off after your day at the beach with the outdoor shower onsite. Bring your family and come join us on the beautiful Emerald Coast with our world famous beaches and breathtaking waters.
